Google fiber has been in the news for about two years and no one knows why they are not expanding the service as expected.Fiber is a great innovation from Google to enjoy 'buffer' free browsing and streaming.But it would be great if they introduce this here in India.
India stands second having the most internet users in the world and the number is just increasing day by day.In recent months we have seen that the data prices have sky-rocketed.No one knows why.In the early price hike times it seems that no one really cared about it much.But the ISP's are taking this as an advantage and they just keep increasing the price.Recently there has been a 'Internet Hartal' protesting against the price hike but it was a fail because imagine a day without using Internet.
So what if Google brings its Fiber service to India? India is a fast growing country both economically and in technology.If Google brings Fiber to India, it would be a huge nightmare to the current Indian ISP's.Google Fiber is fast as well as reliable.It has a stable speed which is great thing because no Indian ISP's offer speed shown in their ads.There are many places in India already having underground fiber networks and if Google is welcomed to host internet it would be BANG!
So wake up Government.Its high time! Do something.
